A three-step routine for Indian summers

Summer skin needs less, not more. Swap heavy creams for gels, and make sunscreen the one step you never skip.
Step 1: Cleanse gently
A low-foam cleanser removes sweat and sunscreen without stripping. Over-washing makes oily skin produce more oil.
Step 2: Treat with one active
Niacinamide helps with oil and visible pores; vitamin C helps with dullness. Choose one to start and introduce it slowly.
Step 3: Protect, then reapply
Use a generous layer of SPF 50 every morning and reapply every 2–3 hours outdoors. A sun stick makes reapplying over makeup easy.
